E Bike Issues/Fencing Survey

Due to continuing issues and complaints regarding e-bikes being ridden on the power line easement, the Board has done some research on ways to help discourage this behavior. One option proposed is building a fence with a pedestrian pass through. (The estimated cost of the fence would be around $30k with the Olympic Pipeline having committed to donating $10k - originally it was about $40K) We would love homeowner feedback on this option as well as any other ideas or comments you might have to help mitigate this issue. This information and conversations from the annual meeting will help guide the board on next steps.
