COMMUNITY SURVEY - Comcast Cable Contract

Currently monthly HOA dues include cable and internet provided by Comcast/Xfinity at a discounted bundle rate. This payment is included as part of your monthly HOA dues.

The current contract is up for renewal and we would like your input to the board as to whether that agreement should be extended.

The current monthly price is $91.47 a month and the new price from now until the end of 2023 would be $87.27 a month with a max increase of 5% each of the next 4 years after. Internet speed tier would increase from 400 mbps tier to 600 mbps Xfinity Super-Fast tier.

If extended this would continue an exclusive agreement for cable and internet through Comcast for an additional 5 year period.
